Cruft is free and open source, dual-licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and the MIT License, at your option. Use it for anything, personal, internal, or commercial.

You may use, copy, modify, and redistribute Cruft under the terms of either the Apache License, Version 2.0 or the MIT License, at your option.

Trademarks

Cruft™ and CruftScript™ are trademarks of Frist Development, LLC. The Apache 2.0 and MIT licenses grant rights in the code; they do not grant any right to use these names, logos, or trade dress.

You may make honest, descriptive reference to Cruft and CruftScript, for example "built on Cruft" or "compatible with CruftScript", and you may state that your fork or distribution is derived from Cruft. You may not use the Cruft or CruftScript names or logos in a way that suggests your product, fork, or service is official, endorsed, or affiliated, or as the name of your own product. If you distribute a modified version, give it your own name.
